POĞAÇA_abimin tarifi/POGACA

Malzemeler

Kibrit kutusu buyuklugunde yas maya/2 tea spoon of yeast
2 yumurta aki ve 1 tüm yumurta
Yarım su bardagi yogurt 
1 su bardagi sut
1/2 cay bardagi seker/half tea cup of sugar
1,5 tatli kasigi tuz/1.5 tea spoon of salt
Tepeleme iki kaşık tereyağı ve yarım su bardagi sivi yag

Yapilisi:
Yas mayayi 2 yemek kasigi seker ile ilik suyla beraber once isla 5 dakika beklesin. Kabarinca malzemelerin hepsini karistirarak istedigin sekide tepsilere diz (pogaca seklinde daha guzel olur) Uzerine yumurta sarisi susam ve corek otu koyarak firina sur.
Tepsilerde 5-10 dakika bekleyebilir, mayalanmasi icin.
200 derece firinda pisir.

mix yeast and sugar in the warm water for 5 minutes. when the yeast is bubbly. Add all the ingredients. Make a doaw. Doaw should not be very sticky. Take small pieces from the doaw and make it like "pogaca" You can put cheese or nothing for pogaca. Leave it for 5-10 minutes outside. This way, pogaca would rise little bit.
When you are done, brush the egg yog on the pogaca. Then, add sesami seed or "corekotu" on top. Bake it at 350 degree. When it is golden brown. take it outside the oven.
