Orange cake

Orange cake

2 eggs
1 cup of sugar
1 orange zest
Half a cup of canola oil
Half a cup of milk
Half orange juice
1 orange zest
Baking powder
Flour


Beat 2 eggs with high speed. Then, add 1 cup sugar continue mixing. Add one orange zest, half a cup of canola oil, half a cup of milk, half orange juice ( fresh). After mixing these ingredient, add baking powder, mix with spoon. Wait 1 minute before adding flour. Depends on the amount of orange juice, add 2-3 cups of flour.
Bake at 300 F about 30-35 minutes.
