Muhammara-cold dish

Muhammara is served as 'cold dish' in southern cuisine. I personally like it very much.  When you serve tea to your guests, it goes well with pita bread.

I do not usually measure the amount of the ingredients, but I found a recipe that suits for me.

200gr roated bell pepers ( chop thinly)
2/3 cup breadcrumbs
1/3 cup of chopped walnuts
2-4 minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 /2 teaspoon cumin and black pepper
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (you can add more if you like spicy)
olive oil

Combine all the ingredients, let stand for 30 min. at least in the fridge. Make sure you put a lid otherwise the fridge will smell like garlic.
Serve with pita bread. It is so tasty!
