Bulgogi_Korean dish_Isomi's recipe

1lbs thinly sliced beef
3-4 small bell peppers or 1 big size bell pepper (Thinly sliced)
1 thinly sliced onion
2-3 thinly sliced carrots
Thinly sliced green onion 
Red pepper
Black pepper


To marinate the meat,
Place the following ingredients into ball.

4 garlic cloves
4 tablespoon sesame oil (or olive oil)
Sugar
Rice Vinegar
White wine

Marinate the meat and chapped vegetables (except for green onion) in the fridge for 2 hours at least. it would be better if you leave it over night.


Add sesame oil into the pan. when the oil is hot, add the meat and vegetable mixture. Cook it at medium heat.  5 minutes before you turn of the stove, add the green onion.

P.S This dish goes well with  Japanese rice or Turkish rice.
