Ingredients:
For doaw
10-15 tablespoon flour
5 tablespoon oil
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/3 teaspoon salt
Little bit warm water
Syrup:
200gr suagr
1 cup water
2-3 pieces cloves
1 stick cinnamon
400gr pears (peel and slice the pears thinly)
First boil pear, water, cloves, sugar and cinnamon for 10 minutes.
CREAM:
50gr sugar
40gr flour
1 cup of half-and-half
2 egg yog
Warm up the half-and-half, add sugar and flour with mixer. Place the doaw on the baking pan. Add pears, pecan, and cream.
Bake at (pre-heated oven) 350F for 30 minutes.
After baking leave it outside for a while. Slice and serve it with whipcream on top.
